These Terms of Service govern your use of alderfieldshop.com and purchases from ALDERFIELD, operated by ALDERFIELD 8 COMMERCE LLC.

Using our website

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and not to use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or interference with its operation.

Products and descriptions

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Screen settings may affect how colors appear.

Product information and images must represent the item offered. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us for assistance under our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax. Shipping is free for all orders within our delivery area. We do not add handling fees or require customers to pay import charges on delivery.

Payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. The final order total is shown before you confirm payment.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability.

If we cannot fulfill an order, or identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Delivery

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days.

Further details are provided in our Shipping Policy. If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and do not charge restocking fees.

Applicable refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned goods. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the full procedure.

Website content is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Liability and consumer rights
