Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through alderfieldshop.com. Your seller is ALDERFIELD 8 COMMERCE LLC, operating under the trading name ALDERFIELD.

1. Placing an order

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement or have appropriate authorization. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled goods.

2. Product information

Product descriptions, images and specifications should accurately represent the goods offered. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution. A difference that amounts to a defect or misdescription is not treated simply as a change-of-mind return.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax. Shipping is free within our delivery area, with no minimum purchase.

We do not charge additional handling fees or require customers to pay customs duties, import taxes or other delivery charges on receipt.

The final order total and available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

If we identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Delivery area and timing

Orders are dispatched from within the United States to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you. For delayed, missing or damaged deliveries, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery service and arrange an appropriate resolution rather than requiring you to resolve a carrier claim alone.

5. Cancellations and changes

To request a cancellation or address change, contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch. Changes may not be possible after an order has shipped; you may request a return after delivery.

6. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery, including change-of-mind returns. Email support@alderfieldshop.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

For change-of-mind returns, goods must be unused and in their original condition. Please include packaging and accessories where available and proof of purchase. These conditions do not prevent remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

We pay return shipping costs and arrange a prepaid return label. No restocking or return processing fees apply. Please contact us before sending goods.

7. Refunds and exchanges

We inspect returns and process applicable refunds within 3 business days after receiving the goods. Refunds include the amount paid for returned items and applicable tax, and are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund. If a refund is not approved, we will explain the reason by email.

For exchanges, contact us to arrange a return and place a new order for your preferred item.

8. Consumer rights and applicable law

These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, applicable warranties, remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Kentucky law and applicable U.S. federal law, without limiting mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.

9. Updates

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to orders already placed.
